Why Your Gut Stopped Cooperating
The workshop I recorded because I was saying the same four things in every first session. What is actually happening when digestion turns unpredictable in your thirties and forties, why removing foods keeps making it worse, and the order to change things in.
No live time to protect. Register and it opens straight away.

The four things
What the forty five minutes covers
Why it started in your thirties
Digestion that worked fine for decades rarely breaks at random. There are four or five common turning points and most people can place themselves in one of them within a minute of hearing them named.
Why cutting foods keeps backfiring
The mechanism by which each removal makes the next reaction more likely, and why a shrinking food list is a predictable outcome rather than bad luck or a weak constitution.
The order that actually works
Spacing first, then fibre type, then reintroduction, and only then any question of testing or supplements. Doing these out of order is the single most common reason people stall.
When it is not a food problem at all
The signs that what you are dealing with needs a doctor rather than a dietitian, said plainly, because knowing this saves people months.
