How we work
Three ways in, and an honest answer about which one you need.
Most people start with The Settle. Some need the longer runway of The Full Table. A few just need one practical afternoon in the kitchen. We decide together on the call, and I have talked plenty of people down to the cheaper option.
Six weeks · three sessions · from $540
The Settle
The starting point for most people who come to Nourish. Six weeks is long enough to find the pattern, quiet the loudest symptom and get a handful of meals working, and short enough that you do not lose interest halfway through.
Session one, 75 minutes. Full history, symptom mapping and a walk through three ordinary days of your food. You leave with two or three changes written as meals, and nothing removed.
Session two, week two. We check what moved, adjust, and decide whether any testing is worth your money. Often it is not.
Session three, week six. We write down what your version of eating well looks like now, including the plan for when it slips.
Between sessions. Message me. Mid recipe, in the shop, at the restaurant. That is what it is for.

Four months · seven sessions · from $1,480
The Full Table
For a gut that has been difficult for years rather than months. The extra runway buys three things: room to test properly, a real reintroduction phase, and enough time for the plan to survive a season change.
Everything in The Settle, spread across four months with seven sessions rather than three.
Testing where it earns its place. Stool and breath testing when I can tell you in advance what the result will change. Costs are quoted before anything is ordered.
A reintroduction ladder. The part almost everyone gets left without. We widen your food list back out deliberately, one rung at a time, and record what your body actually says.
Coordination with your doctors. Letters to your GP or gastroenterologist on request, so everyone is working from the same page.
One 90 minute visit · $220
The Kitchen Session
Sometimes the problem is not knowledge. You already know roughly what you should be eating. It just never makes it onto a plate on a weeknight. This session is entirely about the practical end of that.
A pantry and fridge walkthrough, in your kitchen or held up to a camera. We keep what works, retire what has been sitting there since spring, and fill the actual gaps.
Three core meals built from food you already like, each with a faster version for bad days.
A batch rhythm for your week. Usually two shapes on a Sunday that turn into five different dinners.
Notes the same evening, written out so you are not relying on memory.

On money, plainly.
Payment plans are available on both packages at no extra cost and nobody has ever had to ask twice. I take a small number of insurance plans directly and provide superbills for the rest, which many plans reimburse at between forty and eighty percent. Testing, if we use it, is quoted separately and always optional.
Questions people ask on the call
Almost certainly not permanently, and often not at all. Blanket removal is the least interesting tool available and it is where most people have already been. If we do trial a removal it has a fixed end date written down before we start, and a planned week for the food to come back.
No. I do not carry a dispensary and I earn nothing on anything I suggest. Most clients finish with one or two things, sometimes none. When something is genuinely worth taking I name the compound and the dose and you buy it wherever it is cheapest.
Roughly a third of clients do. The test has to be able to change what we actually do, and I will tell you in advance what I expect it to show and what each result would mean. A colourful panel that produces no decision is an expensive piece of paper.
It is the most common thing I see. A diagnosis of IBS tells us what has been ruled out, which is useful, but it does not tell us what is driving your particular version. That is the work.
Yes, and most people do. Sessions run the same way over video, the food log works identically, and the Kitchen Session works surprisingly well with a laptop propped on the counter. In person is available in Providence if you prefer it.
Tell me at week two rather than week six. Plans get adjusted constantly, that is normal and expected. If I genuinely cannot help you I will say so and refer you on, and I will not charge you for sessions we have not used.
Not sure which one fits?
That is exactly what the free call is for. Twenty minutes, no intake form, and an honest recommendation even when the honest recommendation is the cheapest option or somebody else entirely.
