The Kitchen Table Call

Tell me what has been going on with your digestion. I will tell you honestly what I think is driving it, how I would approach it, and whether Nourish is the right place for you at all.

No pitch at the end. If someone else is a better fit I will give you their name.

Request your call

I will reply within one working day with two or three times.

What actually happens

Twenty minutes, and none of it is a sales script.

First ten

You talk. What the symptoms are, how long, what you have already tried and what happened when you tried it. I mostly listen and ask a few specific questions.

Next five

I tell you what I think is going on, in plain language, and what I would want to look at first. You get that whether or not you ever become a client.

Last five

If it makes sense, we talk about which package fits and what it costs. If it does not, I say so and point you toward whoever is a better fit. That happens reasonably often.

Afterward

Nothing automatic. No sequence of nudges, no limited time offer. If you want to go ahead you email me, and if you do not you keep the twenty minutes for free.

I booked expecting to be sold a programme. She spent fifteen minutes explaining what my own test results actually meant, told me I probably did not need her yet, and asked me to come back in three months if it had not settled. I came back.
